Poor Man’s Meatball Stroganoff

Meatball StroganoffI warn you now this is not under the healthiest meals category, but It’s a great last minute, our budget is maxed, I have no time meals. I like I especially for this time of year, when it feels perpetually busy with holiday errands!

Ingredients
1 bag egg noodles
1-2 cups of sour cream
1-2 cups of beef broth (you can also use bullion if you have that in)
A few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1-2 small bags of meat balls (heat and serve kind)
1 medium onion
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, other spices (like Italian or all purpose if desired)

Directions

Boil water for noodles
Put meatballs in oven
Finely chop onion.
Strain noodles when ready and leave in strainer
In pot sweat onions with garlic powder and a drop of oil.
Add in 1\2 cup of beef broth
Add in noodles
Combine the rest of beef broth and sour cream and Worcestershire sauce and add to noodles.
Stir well
Add meatball and mix one more time

Start to end 20 minutes that includes boiling water and heating up meatballs in the oven. I don’t make this meal often, but is a nice quick alternative to tomato sauce.
